1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using samepage? you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of samepage?.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use samepage?. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may only create one account per person. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. User Content

You own the content you create on samepage? including your answers and comments. By posting content you grant samepage? a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the app to your friends and on the Explore feed.

You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use samepage? to:

• Post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or abusive
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt to access other users accounts
• Post spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse engineer or copy the app
• Post content involving minors in any inappropriate way
• Use automated tools to interact with the app
• Post content that infringes on any intellectual property rights

Violations may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

6. In-App Purchases and Tokens

samepage? offers two types of virtual tokens: Pages (earned through activity) and Ink (purchased with real money).

Virtual tokens and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded except as required by applicable law.

Cosmetic items purchased with Ink are licenses to use those items within the app, not permanent property. We reserve the right to modify the store catalog at any time.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google subject to their respective terms of service. Contact samepagesocialapp@gmail.com for purchase support.

7. Intellectual Property

samepage?, its logo, and all original app content are owned by Kevin Martinez and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of samepage? is governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using samepage? you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion your content will be removed within 30 days.

10. Disclaimers

samepage? is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, samepage? and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of samepage? after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
